  • Annual service / breakdown cover for gas fires, heaters, water heaters and cookers

  • Normally only required once a year

Plumbing & Drainage Clearance

  • Cover includes internal pipework and storage tanks, any leaks on these systems including toilets, baths and showers
  • Emergency cover for blocked drains and waste pipes

Emergency Electrical Cover

  • We will attend to a loss of power or lighting and if possible repair on that visit
  • Fixed wiring and electrical fuses including fuse box
